The staff at the Sales and Décor Centre are very knowledgeable and responsive. Kathryn in sales was very helpful and answered all of our initial questions. Dealing with Nancy at the Décor Centre was a great experience, being able to choose everything we wanted with helpful advice from her.

The entire onsite construction team are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, and responsive. From the moment we met with Dave & Nancy Cleave we realized that not only had we picked the right community for our forever home, we also picked the right builder. They have been extremely accommodating to all our wishes and the variety of styles and options available along with their guidance and expertise allowed us to make a home that is uniquely ours.
